Summary
Conveys about 24 acres of Dixie National Forest land to Brian Head Town, Utah. This bill would transfer all right, title, and interest in the identified National Forest System parcel and any improvements to the town without monetary payment, allow the Secretary of Agriculture to set terms and conditions on the conveyance, and require the Dixie National Forest boundary to be modified to reflect the transfer.

Transfer 24 Acres to Brian Head
If enacted, the bill would transfer about 24 acres of Dixie National Forest land to Brian Head Town, Utah. The town would not pay money for the land and would receive any improvements on it. The town could use the land for a public works facility or other town needs. The Forest Service would change the Dixie National Forest boundary after the transfer. The transfer would occur as soon as practicable after enactment and is subject to terms the Secretary sets.
