Extend hospital at home authority through 2030
If enacted, this bill would extend Acute Hospital Care at Home waiver flexibilities through 2030 by replacing "2025" with "2030". It would let Medicare patients receive inpatient-level care at home when their hospital participates. The change would take effect upon enactment. The bill would not create new funding or change who is eligible; actual access depends on hospital participation and HHS rules.
