Treasury must give Epstein-related records

This bill would require the Treasury Secretary to give physical copies of all Epstein-related suspicious-activity reports to two Senate committees within 30 days. Within 30 days Treasury would also report which financial institutions filed those reports, which people and entities were flagged, and the total dollar value of the transactions by bank. Within 60 days Treasury would send a second report about any Treasury or FinCEN investigations into banks for handling accounts shown in those reports. The covered reports would include SARs about Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, the long list of named people and entities, and any others identified by Treasury, the Attorney General, or the FBI.
