Protect Medicare from PAYGO cuts
If enacted, this bill would stop PAYGO sequestration cuts to Medicare when those cuts are caused by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. It would apply to sequestration orders issued on or after this bill's enactment date. Medicare payments and provider payments under Title XVIII would be protected from those specific automatic cuts. It would not stop sequestration orders that are not caused by that Act.
