Congressional Tribute to Constance Baker Motley Act of 2025

Summary

Gives Constance Baker Motley a posthumous Congressional Gold Medal. This bill would direct the Secretary of the Treasury to strike a gold medal bearing her image and name and to arrange a posthumous presentation to her son Joel Motley III and her niece Constance Royster, with the gold medal to be retained by Joel Motley III. It would also allow the United States Mint to strike and sell bronze duplicates at prices that cover production costs and to use the Mint Public Enterprise Fund to pay for those medals.
