Summary

Transfers about 124.2 acres of Bureau of Land Management land to the City of Price, Utah for the city's public uses. The bill would authorize the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, to convey all right, title, and interest in the parcels shown on the BLM map titled "Land Conveyance near Price, Utah" and dated May 8, 2025. The conveyance would be made notwithstanding sections 202 and 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act and would be subject to valid existing rights. The map would be on file for public inspection and the Secretary could correct minor mapping errors.
