Keeps SNAP benefits flowing during a fiscal year 2026 funding lapse. This bill would authorize emergency Treasury funding so the Secretary of Agriculture can continue Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) payments if FY2026 appropriations for the Department of Agriculture are not yet enacted. It also covers retroactive payment of any missed benefits from September 30, 2025 until the bill is enacted.
