Shifts campaign fund money to boost reemployment services. This bill would transfer the unobligated balance in the fund established by section 9006(a) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Presidential Election Campaign Fund, into the Employment Security Administration Account of the Unemployment Trust Fund. The transferred amount would remain available until expended and would reduce balances in the Presidential Election Campaign Fund.
