Public federal workforce pay and contracts

This bill would require the OPM Director to build a searchable public website within 18 months. The site would list every civil service worker. For each worker it would show job title, duties, and agency. It would also show the main duty station, yearly basic pay including bonuses, and the appointment date. The bill would also require OPM to publish a report within 1 year, and every year after. Each report would show how many contract employees worked and the total cost. Reports would break the numbers down by agency. The bill would define "contract employee" to include contractor staff and individuals who contract directly with the government.
