More choice for credit unions as agents
This bill would change the Federal Credit Union Act wording in the NCUA Central Liquidity Facility agent membership rule. It would replace the phrase "all those credit unions" with "any such credit unions." If enacted, this would let regulators or the CLF allow some (instead of requiring all) of the named federal credit unions to serve as Agent members. The change would take effect upon enactment and would likely have only small, indirect effects on credit unions' liquidity and on household members.
