If enacted, the bill would authorize $1,000,000 each year for fiscal years 2026 through 2030. Each year, $700,000 would go to the Commodity Supplemental Food Program, $200,000 to State TEFAP plans, and $100,000 to the Seniors Farmers' Market Nutrition Program. States would receive this money in addition to other funds they already get to run those programs. The funding would take effect upon enactment and end after fiscal year 2030.
