Greater transparency on pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) contracts with Medicare drug plans. This bill would require the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission to analyze PBM agreements for Medicare prescription drug plans and Medicare Advantage prescription drug plans and report trends, impacts on costs, and recommendations.
