End U.S. African Development Foundation
This bill would repeal the African Development Foundation Act and end the legal authority for the United States African Development Foundation. If enacted, the Foundation would no longer be able to make future grants. The bill would also remove statutory references to the Foundation in three other laws. Community groups, partner organizations, and contractors that rely on USADF grants could lose that funding. The change would take effect upon enactment.
