Repeal of a national AI Executive Order. This bill would repeal the Executive Order titled "Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence" issued December 11, 2025, and bar any federal funds from being used to implement, administer, enforce, or carry out that Executive Order.

Repeal of national AI policy order
If enacted, this bill would repeal the Executive Order titled "Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence," issued December 11, 2025. The order would have no force or effect, and federal agencies could not use Federal funds to implement, administer, enforce, or carry out that order. Federal contractors and federal grant recipients would no longer be required to follow agency actions tied to that order. Households would only see indirect effects, such as changes to agency AI rules, contractor compliance costs, or federal oversight of AI safety and privacy. The repeal would take effect upon enactment.
