This bill would direct the Secretary of the Interior to execute any instruments necessary to remove all deed restrictions described in the April 27, 2012 quitclaim deed from the United States to the City of Paducah recorded in Deed Book 1229. The land is at 2956 Park Avenue and includes improvements at the Paducah Memorial Army Reserve Center.

This bill would direct the Secretary of the Interior to remove all deed restrictions listed in the quitclaim deed from the United States to the City of Paducah recorded April 27, 2012 (Deed Book 1229, pages 247–260). If enacted, this change would apply only to the parcel at 2956 Park Avenue on the Paducah Memorial Army Reserve Center in McCracken County, Kentucky, about 3.62 acres including improvements. The City of Paducah and any current or future owners or people who live or work on that parcel could gain broader property rights and new development options.
