This bill would name the outdoor amphitheater in Galax, Virginia, located at 700 Foothills Road within the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Rick Boucher Amphitheater and provides that any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other United States record to that amphitheater would be deemed to refer to the Rick Boucher Amphitheater.
