Remove H-2A wage rule
If enacted, this joint resolution would disapprove the Department of Labor rule titled "Adverse Effect Wage Rate Methodology for the Temporary Employment of H-2A Nonimmigrants in Non-Range Occupations in the United States" (90 Fed. Reg. 47914, Oct. 2, 2025). The rule would have no force or effect upon enactment. Employers who hire H-2A workers and the workers themselves would see how wages are calculated change. Worker pay and employer labor costs would be able to increase or decrease depending on what replaces the rule.
