Keeps consumer bureau auto repossession guidance

This bill would disapprove the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection rule that withdraws Bulletin 2022-04. If enacted, the withdrawal published at 90 Fed. Reg. 20084 (May 12, 2025) would have no force or effect. As a result, Bulletin 2022-04 (87 Fed. Reg. 11951, March 3, 2022) would remain in effect upon enactment. This would mainly help people with auto loans who face repossession and would affect how lenders and repossession companies act.
