Maryland environmental health board extended to 2032

The law keeps the State Board of Environmental Health Specialists in the Maryland Department of Health. It extends the end date for the Board’s laws and rules under Title 21 from July 1, 2027 to July 1, 2032. The law takes effect June 1, 2026 and stays subject to review and possible reestablishment under the Maryland Program Evaluation Act. No new fees or program mandates are added; current licensing and oversight continue through July 1, 2032 unless reestablished.
