Ivermectin from pharmacists without prescription

You can get ivermectin from a Texas pharmacist without a prescription. The pharmacist must follow written rules from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. The Board’s rules may require the pharmacist to give you instructions on proper use. Pharmacists who follow the law and act in a reasonably prudent way are protected from lawsuits, criminal charges, and professional discipline.

Pharmacy board rules and start date

The Texas State Board of Pharmacy can write the rules and protocols for dispensing ivermectin under this law. Pharmacists must follow those written procedures. The law takes effect on the 91st day after the last day of the legislative session.
