2 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 0 costs, 1 mixed.

Pesticide safety committee extended to 2035

Beginning July 1, 2025, the state keeps the Pesticide Application Safety Committee in place through July 1, 2035. The advisory work group can meet in any format, not only remote. It still meets only when the committee asks. These changes apply only if the legislature funds the act by June 30, 2025.

Law takes effect only if funded

The act takes effect only if the state budget includes specific funding by June 30, 2025. Without that funding, the act is null and void and its rules do not start on July 1, 2025.
