Beginning June 11, 2026, four public universities must share worker data with union representatives. The rule covers Western Washington, Central Washington, and Eastern Washington Universities, and The Evergreen State College. They must provide the employee details listed in RCW 41.56.065. Until the One Washington HR project (phase 2) is fully in place, a covered employer is not liable if its current systems cannot provide the data.
