Beginning June 11, 2026, you and all related owners can hold no more than five cannabis retail licenses in total. You cannot use a management or similar agreement to control more than five licenses. Financial interest includes profit or revenue sharing, shared branding, pricing or operational control, shared marketing, or shared hiring decisions.
Beginning June 11, 2026, cannabis producers, processors, and retailers pay $250 to apply for a license. Each license costs $1,781 per year to issue and renew. You must get a separate license for each physical location and renew it each year. Costs rise with every added location.
