Ambulance transport fund made permanent

The law removes the expiration date for the state’s ambulance transport fund. Beginning July 27, 2025, the fund no longer sunsets. The state can keep paying ambulance and EMS providers without a stop-date. It does not change who qualifies, how the fund is run, or any taxes or fees.
