Lets the House Judiciary Committee tell the Archivist to stop or cut back on printing slip or pamphlet versions or Statutes at Large for the items listed in sections 202 and 203 when laws are passed. The Government Publishing Office must still print enough copies for depository libraries and for sale. The committee can also stop printing supplements, but each Congress must have at least one supplement for each code that contains that Congress’s laws.
