The Secretary of Defense must, as soon as possible, tell each person who meets the rules that they no longer qualify for TRICARE. The Secretary must also explain how that person can sign up for Medicare Part B. The Department must set up ways to find these people and work with the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make the notices correct. Who is covered: a covered beneficiary (a person with TRICARE), someone entitled to Medicare Part A under section 226(b) or 226A, and someone who is eligible to enroll in Medicare Part B.
