Defense O&M budget papers must show the current year’s approved amount and, if the President requests a different amount for the next fiscal year, show the dollar change and the percent change. Navy budget papers must list ship depot maintenance and intermediate ship maintenance amounts separately. O&M justification documents: DoD O&M budget papers sent to the congressional defense committees. President’s budget: the budget sent to Congress under section 1105 of title 31. Current year: the fiscal year when that budget is sent.
