Summary

Defines two kinds of contracts used to buy goods or services. A delivery order contract is for goods when the contract does not fix an exact quantity (only a minimum or maximum) and lets the buyer place orders for deliveries while the contract is in effect. A task order contract is the same idea for services and lets the buyer place orders for tasks during the contract period.
