Administrator — the Administrator for Nuclear Security. Classified information — information officially found to need protection under Executive Orders No. 12333 (Dec. 4, 1981), No. 12958 (Apr. 17, 1995), No. 13526 (Dec. 29, 2009), or later orders, and that is marked as such. Defense nuclear facility / Department of Energy defense nuclear facility — as defined in section 318 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2286g). Nuclear security enterprise — the facilities, technology, and people of the national security labs and nuclear weapons production sites. National security laboratory — Los Alamos National Laboratory (Los Alamos, NM); Sandia National Laboratories (Albuquerque, NM and Livermore, CA); Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (Livermore, CA). Nuclear Weapons Council — the council created by section 179. Nuclear weapons production facility — Kansas City National Security Campus (Kansas City, MO); Pantex Plant (Amarillo, TX); Y–12 National Security Complex (Oak Ridge, TN); Savannah River Site (Aiken, SC); Nevada National Security Site (Nevada); or any DOE facility the Secretary of Energy, after consulting the Administrator and Congress, decides fits the Administration’s mission. Restricted Data — as defined in section 11 y. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2014(y)).
