Defines two terms used in the subchapter. DOE national security authorization means money approved for the Department of Energy to run programs needed for national security. Minor construction threshold means $30,000,000. The Administrator can recalculate that $30,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 constant dollars, but only after sending a report to the congressional defense committees explaining the method, waiting 30 days, and publishing the new amount in the Federal Register.
