Summary

Rifle ranges built partly or fully with U.S. money can be used by service members and by civilians who can bear arms. If a range is on a military base, the Secretary may charge civilians reasonable fees to cover material and supply costs. Fees collected must go into the range’s operation and maintenance budget. The people who run the range make the rules, but the Secretary must approve them, and civilian use cannot interfere with military use.
