Summary

Anyone covered by these military laws who asks or advises someone else to commit a crime under this chapter (except the three listed below) can be punished by a court-martial. If someone asks or advises another to break section 885 (article 85), section 894 (article 94), or section 899 (article 99), there are two results. If the suggested crime is tried or actually done, the person who urged it gets the same punishment as for that crime. If it is not tried or done, the person who urged it can be punished by a court-martial.
