Requires the Academy Superintendent, with the Secretary of the Air Force's approval, to make rules that say what hazing is, try to stop it, and set punishments like suspension or dismissal. If a cadet charged under those rules asks in writing for a general court-martial, they can only be dismissed if that court orders it. A cadet dismissed for hazing cannot be reappointed or become a commissioned officer in the regular Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Space Force until two years after their class graduates.
