The Secretary of the Air Force can allow any religious group to build a place of worship at the Air Force Academy if it won’t interfere with military use and won’t cost the United States anything. If the Secretary later finds that public or military needs require it, the group that built it must move or remove the building at its own expense and won’t be paid for it.
