Air Force Secretary can accept land gifts from U.S. citizens suitable for bases, aviation fields, or space use if the gift lets the United States use the land for any purpose.

The Secretary of the Air Force may accept for the United States a gift of— (1)
(2)land that he considers suitable and desirable for an aviation field or space mission-related facility, if the gift is from a citizen of the United States and its terms authorize the use of the property by the United States for any purpose.
