Money is approved for fiscal years 1994 and 1995 for the Secretary to spend on costs tied to the General Insurance Fund (section 1735c) and the Special Risk Insurance Fund (section 1715z–3). The money can cover: the Government’s cost (as defined in section 661a of title 2) for new insurance commitments; the cost to change existing loans, guarantees, or insurance; the cost of loans under section 1701z–11(f); and rehab costs for multifamily housing projects when the Secretary disposes of them.
