Title 12 › Chapter CHAPTER 17— - BANK HOLDING COMPANIES › § 1848
Anyone harmed by a Board order may ask a Court of Appeals to review it within 30 days, in their home circuit or in the D.C. Circuit. The court clerk must send the petition to the Board, which files the record under section 2112 of title 28. The court can affirm, set aside, or modify the order and direct the Board, and it must accept the Board’s factual findings if they are supported by substantial evidence.
