Allows the Farm Credit Administration to use available money to pay for staff and rent in the capital and elsewhere, hire shorthand or transcription services, buy and trade law and reference books and subscriptions, pay travel and meeting costs, buy, run, and maintain cars and other vehicles, handle printing and similar services, and hire temporary help as needed to run its work. It may sell property it bought, and money from those sales must be put into the special fund in section 2250(b). Those funds can be used by the Administration in the same way as the funds under section 2250(a).
