To get discount privileges at a Farm Credit System bank, any organization that is not a State bank, trust company, or savings association must give the bank a written agreement allowing Farm Credit examiners to inspect them when the Farm Credit Administration directs. State banks, trust companies, and savings associations may be required to give a written agreement allowing their state examination reports to be shared with the Farm Credit Administration if it asks.
