The rules here do not apply to three kinds of machines. One is machines made mainly for parimutuel betting at racetracks. Another is mechanical amusement devices (like coin bowling, shuffleboard, pinball, or mechanical guns) that are not made mainly for gambling and that do not give or make someone entitled to money or property by chance. The third is claw, crane, or digger machines that are not coin-operated, are run by a crank, and are made mainly for carnivals or county or State fairs.
