Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 40— - DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE › § 1519
Each year at the end of the fiscal year, the Secretary of Commerce must send Congress a written report. It must show money in and out, describe work supporting domestic and foreign trade and industries such as mining, manufacturing, and fisheries, include recommendations the Secretary thinks are needed, and make special reports when the President, either House of Congress, or the Secretary requests one.
