The Secretary can work with public and private travel and tourist groups to make displays and share information about places to visit, routes, transportation, and lodging when the Secretary thinks it will help encourage travel. The Secretary can prepare materials in foreign languages and use U.S. government offices abroad to distribute them. The Secretary can hire private publishers to print and bind materials, charge the public for publications, and keep sale proceeds from materials paid for by contributed funds for future printing.
