Anyone who, on purpose and knowing what they are doing, gives false information or fails to give information they must provide under this part of the law or its rules is covered. The rule also covers anyone who uses a chart or table the Bureau approved under section 1606 to consistently understate the annual percentage rate in section 1606(a)(1)(A), or who otherwise fails to follow any requirement in this part.
