Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 42— - INTERSTATE LAND SALES › § 1707
A property report for lots in a subdivision must include the parts of the official statement and any changes that the Director thinks are needed. It does not have to include the documents listed in paragraphs (7)–(11) of section 1705. The Director can also require other information by rule to protect buyers or the public. The report cannot be used to promote the subdivision before the official statement becomes effective, and after that it can be used only if the entire report is used. No one may say the Director approves or recommends the subdivision or its sales. Parts of the report may not be printed in larger, bold, italic, or underlined type than the rest unless the Director allows it.
