Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 47— - CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY › § 2076a
One year after November 16, 1990, and every year after that, the Consumer Product Safety Commission must send a report to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. The information may be put into the Commission’s annual report to Congress. The report must cover civil penalties the Commission has imposed under the laws it enforces. It must say how many penalties were imposed, identify the violations that led to those penalties, and state how much money was recovered.
