Summary

By December 31 each year, the Center must send a report to the President and to Congress about the previous fiscal year. The report must list all public and private money the Center received and spent, give its recommendations, and analyze how each federal agency with major productivity duties is carrying out those duties. That analysis must show amounts each agency spent or committed for productivity projects, say how those payments have supported the Center’s policies, and include the Center’s ideas for better coordinating those funds. Any report sent to Congress must be sent to the House or Senate standing committee(s) that handle the report’s subject.
