Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 1— - MONOPOLIES AND COMBINATIONS IN RESTRAINT OF TRADE › § 25
Federal district courts can stop people from breaking this law. U.S. attorneys, following the Attorney General’s instructions, must bring a court case asking the court to order the wrongdoing to stop. After those accused are told about the case, the court must hear it quickly and can issue temporary orders to halt the activity before a final decision. The court can also require other people to come to court, even from other districts, and U.S. marshals can serve subpoenas anywhere.
