Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 9A— - WEATHER MODIFICATION ACTIVITIES OR ATTEMPTS; REPORTING REQUIREMENT › § 330c
The Secretary can collect information from anyone who works on weather modification. He can require testimony, reports, books, records, and other writings, require people to keep and give reports, and inspect papers, places, and property. He cannot get information that a federal agency already has in reliable form. If someone refuses a subpoena or won’t obey it, the U.S. district court where that person lives or does business, after the Attorney General asks, can order them to testify or hand over documents. If they disobey the court’s order, the court can punish them for contempt.
