You cannot use the price paid in a first sale of high-cost natural gas to figure or adjust any indefinite price escalator clause for first sales of other natural gas. You also cannot use prices paid in sales allowed under section 3362(a) or under orders issued in section 3363(b), (c), (d), or (g). High-cost natural gas — see section 3317(c) as of January 1, 1989. Indefinite price escalator clause — see section 3315(b)(3)(B) as of January 1, 1989.
