Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 60— - NATURAL GAS POLICY › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER III— - ADDITIONAL AUTHORITIES AND REQUIREMENTS › Part Part B— - Other Authorities and Requirements › § 3374
Makes any clause in a first-sale contract for natural gas illegal and not enforceable if the clause stops that gas from being mixed with gas under the Natural Gas Act, stops the gas from being sold to or carried by people who are regulated under the Natural Gas Act, or lets a party end the contract because the gas was mixed, sold, or moved in interstate commerce. "Said gas" means three kinds: gas not committed to interstate commerce as of November 8, 1978; gas whose sale in interstate commerce is allowed under section 3362(a) or 3371(b) or by an assignment under section 3372(a); and gas whose transportation in interstate commerce is under an order in section 3362(c) or 3363(b), (c), (d), or (h), or is authorized by the Commission under section 3371(a).
